We are an extension of the Owner, an in-house expert, and even a "secret weapon". Having completed thousands of projects, we speak the language of construction and negotiate the best combination of budget, schedule, and quality on behalf of our Owners.
Working diligently with contractors and architects, our team of professionals manages the day-to-day activities of our Owner's projects through constant evaluation of budgets, timelines, and service quality. We provide the oversight, staffing, and execution of all processes starting with design through construction. At IVA, our project managers take on the role of the construction orchestra's conductor to ensure that each variable and moving piece in the design and build process is working in cohesion towards a common goal. This service can supplement an existing in-house Facilities or Operations group, and provide that unclouded expertise that every real estate project needs.
Bank Inspections and Reviews
Primarily for Bank and Financial Institutions, InVision Advisors manages General Contractor Payment Applications and Monthly Draw Requests for construction projects. We perform scheduled inspections that measure progress, correctness, and quality, and provide corresponding reports of either approval for funds or related findings. We manage Notice to Owners and Lien Waiver tracking, perform Plan and Cost Reviews, as well as Property Needs Assessments and Property Condition Reports. IVA is proud to have worked with over 25 financial institutions in this type of service and we continue to grow every month.
