Redevelopment of Coachman Park into a premier event venue and waterfront park. Amenities include 4,000 covered seat amphitheater, private event space, water park, playgrounds, restrooms, and administration buildings.

New campus and flagship building containing offices for faculty and the university's president, classrooms, and library. The skylight above the Commons is shaded by a complex system of aluminum louvers that can be raised or lowered depending on the intensity and position of the sun.

Expansion of the Straz lobby towards the Riverwalk and adding new bistro, rooftop bar, formal dining, event space, and an expanded lobby for both major performance halls.

A restored 100,000 SF community center with a 600 seat event hall, gymnasium, administrative wing, City of Tampa Arts spaces and aquatics complex.

New water and land-side development. Features include pier building, classrooms, water park, playgrounds, community sculptures, restaurants, and administrative spaces. Project was divided into 14 projects with Pete Karamitsanis overseeing all on behalf of the City of St. Petersburg.
