Jonathan is a Florida registered architect with over 500 completed projects. Skilled in communication and strategy, he advocates for owners and the total success of all involved. A team-oriented leader, Jonathan excels in assembling the right professionals for specific projects to efficiently meet schedules and budgets. He makes it a priority to have a hand on each and every project to ensure that InVision Advisors continues to provide invaluable expertise to our clients. Jonathan is active in the community, primarily with Tampa Rotary Club where he is a former president, and AIA Tampa Bay, of which he is the 2023 President of the Board of Directors.

Pete is a Florida registered architect with over 750 completed projects. Excelling in project strategy, he manages the team through his emphasis on accessibility and accountability. Pete's database of "lessons learned" while working on past projects provides project-specific progression plans that avoid pitfalls, including delays and project overruns. He also has an impressive track record of reducing project costs without compromising program. Pete is dedicated to his wonderful wife and his college-aged triplets. He is also a very devoted pet owner to his Giant Schnauzer, Charlotte. 

Shawn has been in the business of real estate oversight for over 20 years. He is thorough, organized, and methodical in bringing focus and clarity into complex projects. Shawn is extremely detailed in his communication with all parties involved in the building process, which allows for transparency and accountability on all fronts. He has experience with many types of projects in multiple regions of the United States, and is currently the President of the Friends of Bobby Jones Golf Club, attempting to restore a historic Sarasota, FL golf club. 

Ashly Anderson has over 15 years of experience in designing and branding urban spaces.  As an expert in strategic marketing, urban design, and public relations, she oversees InVision's growth markets to achieve organizational goals and improve public perception of client projects. Ashly is a Certified Place Manager (LPM) and actively involved in community organizations such as the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts, American Institute of Architects (AIA) Tampa Bay Chapter, and is a member of Leadership Tampa’s Class of 2023. Her contributions to the industry have been recognized in publications such as Architect Magazine, the National Civic Review, and the International Downtown Association. A native of Florida, she resides in the Tampa Heights neighborhood in a 105-year-old home with her husband and daughter.

For the past several years, Lina has worked hand-in-hand with clients and contractors alike as a Project Manager to ensure that each step of the design and construction process is done on schedule, within budget, and done right. She is a passionate manager with a desire to create a mutually successful experience for our owners, and the parties involved. Lina is a great communicator and prides herself on her team spirit. While her favorite element of the job is being able to represent the owners' interests and perspective during the design management and contractor selection stages, she is never too busy for her 75+ pound pit bull rescue, Panda!

Barry has overseen retail projects for almost 40 years. Skilled in all aspects of the project process, he can develop overall project costs and schedules with high levels of details and accuracy. His forecast assists many clients with establishing feasibility and risk. Barry facilitates project advancements with excellent communication, data analysis, and on-site inspections. He is the founder of the Ian Tilmann Foundation, an organization that provides free helmets to skateboarders and hosts skateboarding competitions throughout the country. 

Andrew brings 30 years of public sector experience in facilities, real property, and design and construction to the firm. He is skilled at leading and empowering teams and cultivating productive relationships with project stakeholders including clients, design professionals, contractors, vendors and community contacts. Andrew possesses high integrity, a tremendous work ethic, and loyalty, and is a servant leader. Andrew is a lifelong member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in St. Petersburg, where he serves as an elder and congregation vice-president.  Andrew and his wife Lisa are the proud grandparents of five grandchildren.

Arlene is a dedicated customer service professional with a proven track record of meeting company goals. She utilizes consistent and organized practices to deliver exceptional service to clients. She is a Certified Scrum Master, ensuring that she has the expertise to facilitate team meetings effectively. Arlene is also a certified remote pilot (Part 107) and operates small Unmanned Aircraft Systems as a commercial drone pilot. In addition to her professional certifications, Arlene is bilingual in Spanish and English, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. In her free time, Arlene loves spending time with her family. Arlene pivoted from the medical field to construction, bringing her diverse skills and experience to her role as a valuable member of the InVision Advisors team.

Victoria manages employees, processes, and accounting for InVision Advisors. She keeps clients informed of billables and attends to any support items needed by the team. Victoria develops and upholds team procedures, and always strives to improve IVA's client services. You can always find her rescue BAGEL (1/2 beagle, 1/2 basset hound), Beau, at her feet during the workdays.
