Tampa-based Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. broke ground on its new 84,000-square-foot headquarters, manufacturing and distribution center in Hillsborough County.
Tampa-based Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. broke ground on its new headquarters, manufacturing and distribution center on Princess Palm Avenue. The 84,000-square-foot facility will feature 14,000 square feet of office space, with 35,000 square feet dedicated to coffee roasting and grinding, and an additional 35,000 square feet for packaging, shipping and receiving. The center is expected to open in March 2026.
