Congratulations to the new Vice President of the Tampa Bay AIA

Jonathan Moore was recently elected Vice President 2022 and he is President-elect 2023.

This President of InVision Advisors, an Owner’s Representative,

is an architect & building consultant too. He is happy to be an advocate for the AIA, American Institute of Architects in the Tampa Bay Area. Now he’s very pleased to serve in a senior position.

This group works to be an advocate for the profession and raise public awareness and education in the building environment. The members work to maintain quality industry standards with contracts for design and construction.

His company, InVision Advisors, is more than 9 years old and has acted as Owner’s Representative on such Tampa Bay projects as the St. Pete Pier, Tampa Theatre, Straz Performing Arts Theatre, Florida Polytechnic and Ford’s Garage among dozens more. Owner’s Representatives can be the solution for individuals and organizations who don’t have the time, knowledge or staff to manage the design and construction process.

AIA members exceed state requirements for continuing education and work together to improve building standards, safety and building processes. Moore has been a member for 20 years, served on a variety of committees and was the Secretary last year.
In his role as VP he will serve the Executive Committee with leadership decisions, represent the AIA at board and committee meetings and community events.

Next year as President, Moore will lead 800+ local members.
